Hold Your Frame

Holding your frame is the idea of not losing your cool or holding your ground when someone challenges you in an argument or some sort of confrontation. For example if you are having a fight with your spouse and you lose your cool and start screaming and yelling, your spouse will undoubtedly start yelling and screaming as well. That is why it is imperative that you always keep your cool and maintain a calm, stoic tone when your are in a predicament or are challenged about something. Giving in too your emotions and freaking out just makes you look like an undisciplined child. Holding your frame will defuse an argument and in the end will help you feel better and the person you are challenged by will see that you are resolute in side of the argument.

Why You Should Be Doing A Ketogenic Diet

A Ketogenic diet is a way of eating where you consume high fat, moderate protein, and very low carb. The recommended number of carbohydrates one should consume a day on a ketogenic diet is under 30 grams. If you have a normal diet and decide to switch over to a ketogenic diet your body will go through a process were you enter a state called ketosis. At first entering ketosis may cause you to have a number of flu like symptoms commonly known as the "keto flu". This should pass after a few days though. While in this transition stage it is hugely important that you supplement certain vitamins that your body may be missing, these vitamins include Potassium, Sodium, and Magnesium.

More information about a Ketogenic Diet can be found here: www.reddit.com/r/keto

For information on resistance training while on a Ketogenic Diet see: www.reddit.com/r/ketogains

Since i myself adapted this diet a while back i have noticed i can eat vastly over my daily caloric needs by a lot and still lose weight as long as i eat high fat and extremely low carb.

Two Ancient Mayan Cities Discovered

MEXICO CITY, Aug 22 (Reuters) - Archaeologists have found two ancient Mayan cities hidden in the jungle of southeastern Mexico, and the lead researcher says he believes there are "dozens" more to be found in the region.
...the two cities reached their heyday in the Late and Terminal Classic periods (600-1000 AD). At each site, researchers found palace-like buildings, pyramids and plazas. One of the pyramids is almost 20 meters (65 feet) high...

My Experiences with Intermittent Fasting

I began Intermittent Fasting about two years ago and will absolutely never return to eating three square meals a day. I have lost a great amount of body fat and can stay lean year round without having a diet which is strict in nature. I follow a protocol of fasting for twenty-two hours a day while dedicating only two hours to feeding. I no longer get hungry throughout the day and get to eat like a king when i do eat. Along with implementing Intermittent Fasting, I began a strenuous weight lifting program of Deadlifts and accessory exercises on Monday,  Chest Exercises on Wednesday, and Squats plus accessory leg exercises on Friday. Since implementing this program i have become vastly stronger and healthier. I would absolutely reccommend Intermittent Fasting to anyone, the health benefits of this lifestyle vastly outweigh any negatives it may have (if there even are negatives). If you wish to follow a weightlifting program while Intermittent Fasting see www.Leangains.com .

Socrates on Physical Activity

"No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable."

World War I: The Beginning of the End for Western Civilization

World War I began 100 years ago this summer and in my opinion was a cataclysmic event for Western Civilization overall, in 1914 Europe controlled most of the world and was a vibrant, technologically advanced, and morally pure society. Fast-forward a hundred years and Western Civilization is slowly dying a slow death from a plethora of macabre ideologies and economic practices from multiculturalism, globalization, Keynesianism, debt, and many more.

This pandora's box was opened on the battlefields of World War I, a war which did not need to happen and were the first nails in the coffin of so much. As a result of this war, Communism rose in Russia (the ideology from Hell which just doesn't want to die), the British Empire began its slow death, the breeding grounds for Nazism were created in Germany (which resulted in another unnecessary world war), the Sykes-Picot Agreement was created giving birth to that demon that today is the Middle East.

Some 10 Million men were killed and many more were maimed for life, annihilating an entire generation of men across Europe, no doubt snuffing out many great things they would have achieved had they returned alive or without harm. The war set the stages for the economic boom that we now call the Roaring 20's in America which ended up resulting in Prohibition and the Great Depression. In the end World War I can be looked at as a European Civil War were the cousins from America somehow became involved. Further into history people will look back at the hundred year period from 1914 until 2014 and lament how Western Civilization destroyed itself through stupidity.

The Importance of Having a Mission

Having a Mission whether small or large is essential to maintaining happiness and direction in life. It does not matter if you are 18 or 85, if you do not have a purpose to wake up everyday and do something your mind will slowly atrophy and begin to fade. This most likely explains the rise in Alzheimer's disease among older people because once they retire they also lose having a daily mission to get out of bed for. Even if you are younger you must have something to do whether it is a job, school, or taking care of someone you must have something to put your mind too. Lack of a proper mission in younger people likely causes depression, feelings of hopelessness, and turning to substances to fell the space and time where your mission should be. If right now you do not have a mission I recommend you start some sort of physical exercise, preferably resistance training of some sort, it does not matter what age you are, this activity will help your body work better which in turn allows your mind to work better and releases serotonin which will increase your mood and outlook on life. If you are unemployed start looking for a job, even if you do not get one you still are on a mission to get one. If you want to go back to school now is the time, fall classes are starting very soon. Make the leap, find a mission if you are lacking one, if you have a mission just keep on going no matter what.

Communist Subversion in America

The United States of America, along with most of western civilization has been under constant bombardment from radical leftist ideologies since at least the 1920’s. After World War II, the United States and Soviet Union became entangled in the Cold War and were using all manner of spying techniques and propaganda to win not just the Arms Race and Space Race but also the ideological war between Capitalism and Communism.

Soviet Spies had already infiltrated deep into certain American operations including the Manhattan Project which was the secret program to develop the Atomic Bomb. The Soviets used the knowledge they gained spying to explode their first Atomic Bomb in 1949. This led to another Red Scare and McCarthyism during the 1950’s. In the 1960’s the United States experienced a tumultuous time of change within its borders and across the rest of the world from the building of the Berlin Wall, the U-2 Incident, the Cuban Missile Crisis where World War III almost began and the Vietnam War.

During this time in the Soviet Union, the KGB and GRU were at work formulating ideas and implementing a Leninist strategy that entailed subversion and deception. The idea behind these tactics is to slowly break down all of the social checks and balances that keep a society close knit and having the ultimate goal of either destruction of that nation or a communist revolution in that nation. (Anatoly Golitsyn and Yuri Bezmenov were two defectors who spoke of the Soviet Union’s deceptive strategy). The Anti-Establishment Movements of the 1960’s were perfect breeding grounds for the subversive ideologies the communists were pushing. These ideologies include Atheism, Feminism, Marxism, and No-Fault Divorce (they found out extremely quickly that you don’t want to let women’s Hypergamous nature lose).

The radicals of the 1960’s are now people with influence all across America slowly continuing the ruination of the once great United States. If we look around ourselves today we can see the evidence of Cultural Marxism all around us. But do not lose all hope; we still might be able to salvage the minds of certain individuals who haven’t been rendered a lost cause yet. Every time you have an opportunity where you can re-subvert an individual to true Red Pill values you must. The boat may be sinking but those of us who understand what has happened are manning the lifeboats and we still have time to look for survivors.

Are Modern Electronic Devices Slowly Lobotomizing Us?

Electronic Lobotomy
On January 10th, 1910 the first public radio broadcast was sent out into the airwaves. It was an experimental transmission that featured a live broadcast of several famous opera songs performed by the Metropolitan Opera House located in New York City (Jeff Miller). From that time into the present day, those radio waves have continued to travel almost 103 light years away from Earth. Since that day billions of electromagnetic signals have been sent out into the airwaves from every type of device invented that uses electricity. A world has been created where humankind cannot escape the electromagnetic fields (also known as EMFs) and all the resulting radiation that comes along with these electrical devices. It is my belief that due to the ever increasing amount of EMFs continually pouring into the world we are causing a pandemic of autism in children as well as a plethora of illnesses in older adults such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, and a slew of other life-altering illnesses.
The main counterargument against this theory is that doctors and average people alike have become more aware of what autism is and the signs that point toward it. They also point toward the newer more broad definition of autism since the publishing of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, or better known as DSM-V, in 2013. In the past, people, who would have just been thought of as “different” or “odd,” are now able to be fully diagnosed and their habits recognized as some sort of disorder on the autism spectrum.
Despite the more sophisticated diagnoses, can doctors better explain the unprecedented rise in severe cases of autism, such as Down’s syndrome? Cases of every disorder on the autism spectrum are rising (Jan Hoffman). Doctors could not have simply missed these cases 40 years ago, as was previously thought, many of these cases are severe, and something is happening that is causing children to be born with these disorders. There is no doubt that some of these cases are simply due to better understanding and easier diagnosing processes, but one cannot deny the overall rise of disorders across the board.
This stunning rise in autistic disorders is most likely a combination of certain things, such as women giving birth at an older age, more pollutants entering the environment, poor diet and lifestyle habits, and the most controversial cause but without a doubt the most severe, massive amounts of electromagnetic radiation. These EMFs are continually bouncing through our bodies all day long; it has been scientifically proven that “a child’s brain is not fully developed until about age 20 and until that time, the skull is thinner to permit its continued growth and development.” (Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, M.D, Ph.D.)
Even if you are conscious of the hazards of EMFs it does not matter where in your house you go when you are pregnant or where you decide to put your child’s crib. Both of you will still be bombarded with radiation from all manner of devices. The “electrosmog” created by everything from HDTVs, refrigerators, microwaves, florescent light bulbs, Wi-Fi, and cell phones is continually sending electromagnetic signals out into the airwaves. Cell phones are likely the worst as they are constantly receiving signals from other cell phones and all the apps that you have downloaded that require connectivity to larger world. And if you happen to live next to a cell tower, you could be bombarded with millions of signals every single day.
If one thinks about everything that electromagnetic technology is capable of, it is not hard to believe that it can cause autism. Consider all electrical devices that you come into contact with on a daily basis and what it is that they do; for example, a microwave uses electromagnetic waves to activate the water molecules in food by causing them to move more rapidly, which in turn heats them up. Now think about what is happening to the cells within your body when you are standing close by. “Every cell in your body undergoes 100,000 biochemical reactions per second.” (Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, M.D, Ph.D.)
So is it so hard to believe that over time if your body is subjected to minimal amounts of electromagnetic radiation it can slowly alter the cellular structure within your body causing something to go wrong? If we think about another form of radiation, atomic radiation, it gives us a clearer picture of what these forces are capable of. When an atomic bomb detonates, nuclear radiation is released on a massive scale, causing absolutely devastating effects on the human body as a result of this radiation fallout. Some symptoms of radiation sickness include vomiting, hair loss, and low blood pressure. So if people are continually bombarded by much less powerful electromagnetic radiation from household devices, it still has a detrimental effect over time.
In the near future physicians and common people alike will figure out the effects that the devices of the modern age are inflecting on the human body. Devices that are more powerful than anything that ever existed in the 5,000 years of human history up to this point. Most people don’t give their IPhone any afterthought, but it possesses more powerful computing abilities than did Apollo 11, which landed on the moon. These devices are more powerful than anything that has ever existed in the previous 5,000 years of human history. People will soon see how these devices, which are constantly emitting wireless signals and electromagnetic radiation, are causing not just autism in children, but cancer, Alzheimer’s, and dementia.
We must think more deeply about how these devices can alter the cellular connections within our body, or perhaps it is too late to think  because we have already all been electronically lobotomized by the devices we cherish so much.

Scary Thoughts on Internet Activity

Unity: The modern form of the internet is leading us to become a more unified place. Nowadays we can reach someone anywhere in the world with an internet connection in a matter of seconds. It is impossible to hide though, the NSA now has the ability to have a file on every single person with an internet connection, something the KGB and Gestapo would’ve loved to have. Everything you ever post is stored somewhere in the vast archives of the internet, nothing is truly deleted. One day we will regret how unified we are when we can’t seem to escape the people are we are trying to forget about due to the fact we have social media and it is darn near impossible to hide anymore.

Extraordinary: This is the best way to describe the rise of technology in the modern age, just 20 years ago the world was a drastically less connected place. People communicated on a far less advanced level speed wise. Today’s cell phones have 10000 times more power than the first computer and are now performing tasks in most of the items we use in our daily lives. It is also extraordinary in a bad way that people are now dependent on their cell phones and internet connections. They can’t seem to go on very long or go very far without being in contact with people or seeing the latest gossip that is posted to social media.
