My Experiences with Intermittent Fasting
I began Intermittent Fasting about two years ago and will absolutely never return to eating three square meals a day. I have lost a great amount of body fat and can stay lean year round without having a diet which is strict in nature. I follow a protocol of fasting for twenty-two hours a day while dedicating only two hours to feeding. I no longer get hungry throughout the day and get to eat like a king when i do eat. Along with implementing Intermittent Fasting, I began a strenuous weight lifting program of Deadlifts and accessory exercises on Monday, Chest Exercises on Wednesday, and Squats plus accessory leg exercises on Friday. Since implementing this program i have become vastly stronger and healthier. I would absolutely reccommend Intermittent Fasting to anyone, the health benefits of this lifestyle vastly outweigh any negatives it may have (if there even are negatives).
